Ingredients:
- 1 cup - Maida flour
- 1/4 cup - Sugar
- 2 powdered Cardamom seeds
- 3 tsp - Broken cashew nuts (optional)
- Take a bowl and add maida flour, cardamom powder and sugar.
- Mix with water & make the batter of flowing consistency.
- Heat a flat pan. When it becomes hot pour a spoonful of this batter and spread it.
- Sprinkle oil around the batter.
- Flip it when the dosa bottom turns to golden brown.
- Serve hot.
