
Ingredients:
- 250 gms - Boiled & skinned baby potatoes
- 2 - finely chopped onion
- 2 - finely chopped tomatoes
- 2 - green chillies
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp - Coriander powder
- 1 tsp - Garam masala
- 1 tsp - Cumin powder
- 2 tbsp - Oil
- 1 tsp - Cumin seeds (Jeera)
- 1 cup - Water
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Add cumin seeds.
- When it starts to crackle add onions.
- Fry till golden brown.
- Add tomatoes and green chillies.
- Add all the masalas and salt.
- Mix the boiled potato and fry for sometime.
- Add water and boil it for 10 mins in low flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve it with Roti.
