Dum Aloo


Ingredients:
  • 250 gms - Boiled & skinned baby potatoes
  • 2 - finely chopped onion
  • 2 - finely chopped tomatoes
  • 2 - green chillies
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam masala
  • 1 tsp - Cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 cup - Water
Method:
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Add cumin seeds.
  • When it starts to crackle add onions.
  • Fry till golden brown.
  • Add tomatoes and green chillies.
  • Add all the masalas and salt.
  • Mix the boiled potato and fry for sometime.
  • Add water and boil it for 10 mins in low flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve it with Roti.
