
Ingredients:
- 1 cup - Boiled Green gram
- 1 bunch - Cleaned & washed Chopped Methi leaves
- 2 - Chopped onions
- 1 tsp - Mustard seeds
- 2 - Green chillies
- 4-5 - Crushed Garlic cloves
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- 1 - Chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup - Grated coconut (Optional)
- 2 tbsp - Oil
- 1/2 cup - Water
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Add mustard seeds.
- Add onions, green chillies and garlic.
- Fry for sometime.
- Add tomato and fry for sometime.
- Mix the methi leaves and fry.
- Add boiled Green gram and coconut.
- Add turmeric powder.
- Add water and salt.
- Bring it to boil.
- Serve hot with Chappati.
