
Ingredients:
- 2 cups - Curd
- 1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
- 1 tbsp - Coconut oil or refined oil
- 1/2 tsp - Red chilli powder or 1 green chilli
- 2 nos. - Dry Red Chillies
- 2 tbsp - Chopped onions
- 6 to 7 - Curry leaves
- Salt, Water
Method:
- Beat the curd until smooth and stir in the turmeric and red chilli powder.
- Heat oil in kadai and add the mustard seeds and dry red chillies.
- When the seeds splutter, add the chopped onions and curry leaves.
- Lower the heat to minimum and pour the curd in.
- Add water if required.
- Continue stirring and take it off the heat before it comes to boil.
- Serve hot.
